Engagement Specialist - My name is Richard, I live in Lewiston, ID with my two dogs, Izzy and Todd. I am low vision, so still have partial sight. My vision loss is due to a condition known as diabetic retinopathy. When not working, I enjoy outdoor activities - hunting, fishing, camping and riding 4-wheelers. While I have only been with Leads at Scale a short time, I enjoy the work and the team. The managers are very good and are lots of help when needed. Prior to coming to Leads at Scale, I worked for Tri-State Memorial Hospital answering Covid hotline calls.
