James Yesel

Engagement Specialist - My name is James, I have worked at Leads at Scale since September 2021. I was born with a genetic condition called X-linked juvenile retinoschisis and grew up legally blind. When I was a senior in high school, I lost the limited amount of remaining sight overnight and became totally blind. Originally from North Dakota, I started college at Bismarck State College, then received a double major in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Dickinson State University. During my free time, I enjoy fishing, working on cars, gaming, and traveling. I recently graduated from BLIND Inc. in MN, and moved to Miami, FL where I currently live. The main thing I enjoy about my job is the people I get to work with. The team at Leads at Scale is so open, supportive, and always willing to help. The culture and the team at Leads at Scale is amazing. The people are the highlight of the job to me because of how pleasant everyone is to work with. If I ever have a problem, I don’t hesitate to reach out because everyone is so supportive, willing to help and give advice. To me, working at Leads at Scale is like being part of one big family where everyone is always looking out for each other.
